Conservative Pain Treatments

We always consider conservative treatment for pain first to help relieve or eliminate many causes of back pain, neck pain, pain in the hips, and knee pain. Our pain management physicians also use conservative treatments for conditions such as neuropathy, migraines, and fibromyalgia. However, if conservative treatments do not work, our pain management physician group has the experience and expertise to perform minimally-invasive procedures such as nerve blocks, steroid injections, and radiofrequency ablations.
